Please be aware that our services may contain hyperlinks to other websites, and occasionally these sites may share the Company's branding or the branding of one of our affiliates with their own privacy policies that differ from those of Foxyou.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, or if you would like to contact Foxyou for any other reason, please call us at the phone number listed on our website https://www.foxyou.com/ or email us at: support@foxyou.com.

5.1 We use reasonable security methods to protect the data residing on our servers. However, no security system is impenetrable; therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our servers. Although we use advanced SSL/TLS certificates (defined in section 5.2), which are used to protect network communications on the Internet and establish the identity of websites across the Internet, as well as resources on private networks, it is also possible that the information you provide to us may be intercepted during data transmission.
5.2 Whenever you provide Foxyou with sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers), Foxyou will take reasonable commercial measures to protect such information and establish a secure connection with our web browser. Foxyou employs industry-standard technology known as secure-socket-layer ("SSL") and transport-layer-security ("TLS") to protect the transmission of payment information to the website. You can verify the security of your connection by observing the address bar in your browser window. When accessing a server protected by SSL, the first characters of the address will change from "http" to "https," and depending on your preferred browser, you should be able to see a "lock" icon.
5.3 Please help us with your cooperation. To help protect your Foxyou account information, please keep your password secure. Your password will be stored in our system in encrypted form because Foxyou knows your privacy is very important. Foxyou will generate a link to create your new password if you forget it and will send it to your email. This will not affect your profile in any way. We suggest you choose a non-obvious password containing at least ten (10) characters, which may include numbers and letters. Additionally, we recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and Foxyou account information.
5.4 Remember to sign out or log out of your course and close your browser every time you finish using your computer. This measure is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information, as your computer may be accessible to others or used in a shared manner.
Our services use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to, among others, personalize the experience, optimize content, facilitate interaction with users, provide feedback, clarify doubts, and offer real-time assistance or support. By using our services, you, as a user or parent/legal guardian in the case of minor users, expressly authorize the processing of personal data through automated AI systems, as established in this policy.
7.1 Unless permitted by applicable law or with prior authorization from a parent, guardian, or legal representative, we do not collect information from minors under 18 years of age. In accordance with COPPA requirements, on any site or application directed at children, or in any case where we ask for our users' age and determine the child is 13 or younger, we must request consent from parents, guardians, or legal representatives via email before collecting any personal information from the minor.
7.2 Individuals under 18 years of age, but older than the minimum age required for consent to use online services where they live (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), may not directly purchase or use our products and/or services and create an account with our Company, but they may have a parent, guardian, or legal representative do so for them and help ensure they have access to appropriate content. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a minor under those ages without the consent of a parent, guardian, or legal representative, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
7.3 If you believe your child is participating in an activity that collects personal information and you, as a parent, guardian, and/or legal representative, have not received an email from the Company notifying you of the request for your consent, please do not hesitate to contact us by calling the phone number published on our website. When we need your consent for these purposes, we will not send you promotional information unless you have authorized us to do so or have participated in an independent activity that allows us to send promotional information to your email.
7.4 We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents, guardians, and legal representatives to play an active role in their children's online activities and interests. At any time, parents may revoke the consent that allows us to collect further personal information from their children in connection with a user account or particular services managed by the Company. Likewise, they may request that we delete from our records the personal information we have collected in connection with the account associated with the Course. Please note that a request to delete data records could result in the termination of an account, usage license, or other service managed by the Company.
7.5 In any notification to the Company, such as email or postal mail, please include the child's username and the parent's email address and phone number. To protect the privacy and security of children, we will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of parents, guardians, and/or legal representatives before granting access to any personal information.
8.1 Foxyou may allow other companies, called ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Service. These third parties use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and hyperlinks that appear in the Service. In these cases, they automatically receive your IP address. They may also use other technologies (such as "cookies," JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize them.
8.2 Foxyou does not provide any personal information to these third parties without your consent, unless it is for a specific program in which you may choose to participate. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Foxyou to display an advertisement to a specific audience or segment, and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they want to reach.
8.3 You should consult the privacy policies of these third parties. Foxyou's privacy policy does not apply to, nor can we control the activities of, these third-party advertisers or other websites.
9.1 Links to other networks are an integral part of Internet functionality, including our website. Any hyperlink that features a URL from a domain other than Foxyou.com in your browser's address bar is a hyperlink to a page outside of our service. This includes hyperlinks to our service content providers, affiliates, or hyperlinks to third parties that may be linked to Foxyou. These other networks may send their own "cookies" to you, collect data, or request personal information. Foxyou cannot guarantee and is not responsible for the content of other networks or pages.
9.2 Please be aware that whenever you provide personal information to other networks or pages (for example, via messages or chat), that information may be collected and/or used by individuals you do not know. Although Foxyou strives to protect our visitors, your personal information, and your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security or privacy of any information you disclose to other websites, and you do so at your own risk. You should learn about the privacy and security practices and policies of external websites before providing them with your personal data.

If you access the Service from the European Union (EU), Asia, or any other region with laws governing the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information that differ from U.S. laws, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States of America, where data protection laws may not be the same as those in your jurisdiction. By providing us with your data, you are consenting to:

12.2 The criteria used to determine our retention periods include the following scenarios: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide Services to you (for example, while you have an account with us or continue to enjoy our Courses); (ii) if account owners modify or their users delete information through their accounts; (iii) if we have a legal obligation to keep the data (for example, certain laws require us to keep records of your transactions for a certain period before we can delete them); or (iv) if retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as with regard to the enforcement of our agreements, dispute resolution, and applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or administrative investigations).
